All consulting is conducted virtually via Google Meet or Zoom.

We do the research for you! It’s your choice what to implement!

*Philosophy: What homeschool approach will you ascribe to? This is a make-or-break concept for your homeschool.

Time and Role Commitments: Teaching, grading, extracurricular investments

Legal Requirements and your and your child’s rights: (These vary from state to state. Never take another homeschooler’s word on this topic.)

Curriculum & Instruction: This will align with your philosophy. After we define your philosophy, I will identify the curriculum options for you to choose from. We’ll review instructional strategies for your homeschool, too.

Socialization and Community: This is a common criticism homeschoolers face. It is false. I’ll help you connect to local homeschool groups and community activities.

Finances: This simple discussion helps you better anticipate costs. (We do not ask for specifics about your home budget.)

Child’s Learning Profile: This may be why you are choosing to homeschool. We’ll have a short discussion, and you will complete a profile of your child or do so with your child.

Parental Capacity: This is not as scary as it sounds! You’ll be guided through self-reflections to help you respond when your student or homeschooling experience becomes challenging.

Exit Strategy: We’ll develop one! Your exit strategy depends on your goals and where you are in your homeschooling journey. What if you need to stop homeschooling?

Household Dynamics: Who is in your home? Is everyone on board? Will one parent teach, both? etc.

IMPORTANT: All of these topics are included in Package 3. You may choose 5 of these topics for Package 2. “Philosophy” is covered in every package.
